Shipping & Returns
At Lucy Lou’s Designer Children’s Boutique, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully.
Returns
UK Orders: Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All return items must:

Be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear

Have all garment tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging
Hygiene Notice: We do not accept returns on socks, tights, bottles, dummies, or swimwear.
Shoes: Must be returned in their original, undamaged box (the box is considered part of the item). Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
We cannot accept items that have been washed incorrectly. Please check washing instructions before handling garments.
Sale Items: Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.
Non-qualifying returns will be held until payment has been made for their return.
Returning for an Exchange
We are happy to exchange any item for a different size or product.

Contact us first to confirm availability.

There may be an additional charge for larger items, which will be displayed on the website.

We can hold your requested items while we await your returned items.

Postage for the first exchange per order is free unless the exchange items are unusually heavy or large, in which case we will notify you of any shipping costs in advance.

Exchanges are sent via standard delivery only. Express shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
Returning for a Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or PayPal account, minus any original postage costs.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of returned goods for processing.

Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 2–3 working days to appear on your statement.

You are responsible for the safe return of your items and any shipping costs. We recommend using a recorded delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). Lucy Lou’s Designer Children’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Shipping
Delivery prices and times are estimates based on average parcels up to 2kg. Larger or heavier items (e.g., shoes, coats) may incur an additional shipping charge. If applicable, we will notify you before processing your order.
Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following working day.
