Please be aware that we can only ship to the cardholders billing address. We ‘WILL NOT’ dispatch to any other address than the registered billing address of the card used.



UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery - charge is £3.95  we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, and dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery orders usually arrive within 3 working days (however this may not always be the case especially over weekends and Bank Holidays).

All parcels are insured with Royal Mail for your peace of mind.

Should you give an address other than the registered billing address you will be contacted by a member of the team – if however you cannot provide the correct address your order will then be refunded.



International Orders

Please be aware that at times some orders may be held up in customs - however we do try our best to have your parcel to you within the allotted time guide below. All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International signed for delivery



Shipping to EU countries - EU deliveries take an estimated 5 - 7 working days to deliver. We have a standard delivery charge of £11.95 to all EU countries. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.


Shipping Worldwide - Worldwide deliveries usually arrive with in 12 – 15 working days and we have a standard charge of £25.00 for this (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery quote.) Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
 
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.





Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges must be returned via post, we cannot exchange and refund in store due to a different payment process - Please return all products via post to Lucy Lous 112 County Rd, Walton L4 3QW

We offer a no quibble refund policy. Return within 21 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn and labels are still attached and undamaged. Please note that refunds do not apply to sale products (sale goods and items with any form of discount are none refundable - exchange only) we will however exchange the item with in 2 weeks of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.

Refunds do not apply for underwear or tights due to hygiene reasons.

The customer must pay returns postage. Please inform us prior to sending a return by emailing us with the product reference number and your details to: mariawinrow1@hotmail.co.uk


Reserving goods

We may in some case be able to hold items until the end of day but this does not apply to sale goods
